Job Overview
Collecting of KYC documents on directors, managers and beneficiaries for treasury and payments departments as well as communication with secretarial companies to support companies of the group. Approval process in Directum + stamping in office.
What Will You Do?

Verification of signed contract documents approved via internal contract approval system, affixing seals,
-
Provide general administrative assistance, such as order of seals, stamps, payment of state duties,
-
Manage, organise, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems,
-
Communication with secretary companies in order to support companies of the group,
-
Collect KYC documents at requests of secretarial companies, banking and PSP institutions and different authorities, colleagues as well,
-
Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents (powers of attorney, declarations, resolutions, etc.),
-
Communicate with notaries and authorities in order to certify documents (including apostille),
-
Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
Key Skills Required
-
High school diploma required
-
At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant (preferably in a law firm or in a corporate legal department), legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal

Detail-oriented and highly organised
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanour in English
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
-
Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
-
Additional languages, such as Serbian or Russian will be beneficial
