JOB PURPOSE:
- Supervise development and deployment of PM strategy with Group of National Key Accounts following key principles of competitiveness & cost efficiency of doing business
- Key objectives: IMS, SOM, Net Revenue and Margin / Net-Price, ensure team commitment and focus on PM business growth
- Develop and deploy joint projects with group of KAs to get competitive advantage for PMI in MT (Modern Trade) channel
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’: - Develop and deploy approved detailed business & negotiation plan for selected group accounts
- Develop, facilitate, and manage negotiation campaigns with KA or group accounts as well as manage the process of contract signing by PM and clients
- Adapt developed KA strategy, actively collaborate with Regional and HQ departments to achieve agreed plans considering business specifics of Regions / subchannels
- Ensure dual category focus and sufficient planning behind both targets within group of NKAs
- Annual sales plan management for group of NKAs, sales plan fulfillment coordination together with Distribution department as well as Logistics and Supply Chain to ensure required IMS volume in line with OB / ROP
- Manage development and alignment of special trade tools to ensure long-term strategic and short-term tactical solutions towards PM offtake growth in MT channel
- Lead the process of analytical reporting for group of NKAs and look for other development and initiatives to be applied in MT channel in order to keep competitive advantage and category leadership
- Manage group KA budget, track financial efficiency to get targeted return
- Manage team, invest time in people development, motivate and build adaptable and capable organization
- Compliance with internal policies and procedures including regular audits of rendered services with client to get higher return of PM investments
REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years of account experience (national retail)
- Strong Leadership skills, management of team (10 employees)
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Advanced analytical skills and Strategical thinking
- Relationship building & Influencing others
- Ability to make decisions in conditions of limited time and psychological pressure
