Regional Manager in Technical Account Team is a highly visible position within Acronis global organization and is Acronis senior-level client interface for services delivery relationships within region.
Regional Technical Account Manager is responsible for interpreting the strategy and vision of Acronis’ business leadership into services capabilities that drive success and client loyalty. He serves as an advocate for clients by advancing services that build long-term business relationships through the successful implementation of Acronis products and solutions. Our goal is to build long-term, solution-focused consultative partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure product implementations and other projects are completed on time and with high quality of deliverables;
- Achieve services revenue targets, ensure high internal and external client satisfaction;
- Handle escalations to resolve them to client satisfaction;
- Report escalations to key internal stakeholders where applicable;
- Regional and global organization development:
- Improve internal and cross-functional processes to maximize the effectiveness of service delivery;
- Regularly assess skills and qualifications of team members;
- Organize trainings for team members on company’s new products, new industry trends, technologies, and methodologies.
- Establish and maintain relationship with Product Management, Product Engineering, Operations and other teams to aid customer satisfaction and business growth;
- Closely collaborate with regional Sales Team to explore new services opportunities;
- Keep key internal stakeholders current on status of pre-sale engagements, project work, and accounts included in Premier Support program;
- Lead internal organization development projects;
- Lead talented team of 8-10 employees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field such as information science;
- At least 5 years of experience in service oriented organizations (Professional Services, Technical Support, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a diverse multinational environment;
- Strong understanding of general management and project management principles and best practices;
- Proven track of record in building efficient service delivery processes, establishing and attaining KPIs;
- Proven track of record in managing IT projects / software implementation projects (at least 5 years of experience);
- Project Management (PMP/PMI) certification is a plus;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Excellent communication skills.
