Key accountabilities:
Working in partnership with project prime movers & cross-functional teams the role is accountable for delivering world class commercial project management from idea through to final execution & post audit review, delivering creative business solutions on time and on budget.
- Leads innovation and commercial change project management from idea to final execution for Refresh and Change projects and from Gate 3 to final execution for Breakthrough and Reframe projects (project teams; timeline; cost of change control; cross-functional management; risk control & trade-offs) to deliver Category Annual & Strategic Planning targets on Net Revenue from innovation and ensures projects flawless execution and compliance to Commercialization project management standards.
- Leads Gate 4 development and execution for Regional & G-led projects. Ensures Business Unit contribution to Regional & G-led projects at early stages.
- Leads and executes projects readiness reporting (Ready-Steady-Go, dockets) to ensure key projects transparency for the Company top-management and proactively manages projects' issues and risks. Ensures processes & documentation compliance while tracking and reporting innovation executional risk.
- Ensures project calendar visibility for Juices team including cross-functional partners.
- Acts as a projects management champion for Beverages team to foster further Stage Gate process implementation and best-in-class project management standards.
- Supports Commercialization Capability agenda via contributing to development & leading roll-out of new tools /standards/processes.
Main requirements:
- 5+ years experience with international FMCG companies
- Higher education
- Advanced English
- NPD project management experience would be an advantage
Proven results & critical experiences required in a significant number of the following areas :
- Very strong commercial project leadership skills and background experience in project management
- Good knowledge of how to commercialize innovation/commercial change via Stage Gate process
- Ability to drive change within a fast-paced X-functional, matrix organization
- High level of business acumen ~ must be commercially savvy & financially astute
- Good knowledge of FMCG companies' Make/Move/Sell capability
