Entangle is an oracle centric sub-layer optimizing cross-chain liquidity via liquid staking derivatives. We are rapidly growing and expanding our team across departments while still staying agile and lean. This role is hands-on, although the hire can grow up to a C-level/VP position.
As a Business Development Lead, you will play a key part in the success of the company's BD/sales team by proactively identifying prospective customers and generating a qualified pipeline. You will also educate prospective customers about Entangle’s value propositions that solve their data/integration challenges.
You will manage the full BD cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating terms, developing custom proposals and closing business to ultimately deliver profitable revenue growth and exceed your targets.
Your day to day will involve:

Build out strategic market penetration plan, prospect, and manage the full sales cycle

Build relationships with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, browsers, browser extensions, registrars, and other crypto/data related companies

Build and manage a pipeline of integration and co-marketing opportunities with partners
-
Strategically navigate the process from introduction, to integration, to managing the ongoing relationship

Become an expert on our platform; display a deep understanding of its functionality, features, and impact for potential partners

Work closely with Marketing to create & deliver outbound campaigns

Support more junior sales/BD team members team in account profiling and market research

Participate in relevant industry events to build relationships & promote Entangle
You’ll be a good fit here if you:
-
Have 3-5 years in Business Development/Partnerships/Account Management in the blockchain industry
-
High-level technical understanding of DeFi protocols and tools
-
Personal experience in farming, mining, staking, liquidity pools etc. is highly desirable
-
Previously closed 10+ deals of $30K or greater size
-
Have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as presentation skills, including ability to communicate complex concepts simply to customers

Have an entrepreneurial mindset & excited about being a member of a dynamic & growing team

Have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales.
