Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Call Center Workers. As a Remote Call Center Worker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming calls, booking appointments, coordinating with technicians, managing the CRM system, generating reports, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, technicians, and management. This position allows you to work remotely, providing the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments while adhering to the specified rules and guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers, ensuring a positive customer experience and providing accurate information.
- Appointment Booking: Efficiently schedule and book appointments for customers, coordinating with technicians to allocate suitable time slots.
- Technician Coordination: Communicate with technicians to inform them about upcoming jobs, confirm their availability, and ensure their acceptance of assigned tasks.
- Job Closure: Update the system and CRM with relevant information and status updates after a technician completes a job, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Daily Closing: Send a summary of completed jobs and updates to management by 7 pm each day, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Time Management: Close each job before 6 pm, ensuring all tasks are completed within the specified time frames.
- Communication with Technicians: Regularly engage with technicians to request job closure updates and gather information about any required parts, ensuring effective inventory management.
- Parts Ordering: Log information regarding parts required for jobs and generate a file detailing the parts needed. Send the file to management for further action.
- Reporting: Generate reports on a regular basis, summarizing job statuses, parts requirements, and any other relevant data as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong English verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other software tools to manage customer data, appointments, and generate reports.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and meticulousness in updating and maintaining records, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly, seeking appropriate guidance when necessary.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues, technicians, and management to achieve common goals and deliver excellent customer service.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and responsible work ethic.
