The awesome team of marketers, who is building and developing the LEGO brand in Russia & CIS countries is currently looking for a Brand Manager!
The objective is to recruit new consumers and shopper into the LEGO brand and to ignite love for LEGO brand in hearts of kids and adults! Do you want to you join to this great journey?
Design and deliver innovative marketing campaigns for our brand
The Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of highly effective marketing programs that drive significant consumer
sales and growth for one of the segments (Pre-School, Boys, Girls) in Russia&CIS. More specifically, you will:
- Develop and deliver Russia&CIS brand plans for the portfolio based on key consumer and media insights
- Deliver the full year media and marketing briefs on each of the assigned brands
- Constantly analyze and evaluate assigned brand performance as well as monitor competitive activities and changing market needs to
facilitate changes
- Manage budgets related to marketing campaigns and develop pricing recommendations
- Be involved in short-term tactical planning as well as take a long-term strategic planning approach to implement our global strategy in
our market
Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver Russia&CIS brand plans for the portfolio based on key consumer and media insights

Deliver the full year media and marketing briefs on each of the assigned brands

Constantly analyze and evaluate assigned brand performance as well as monitor competitive activities and changing market needs to facilitate changes

Manage budgets related to marketing campaigns and develop pricing recommendations

Be involved in short-term tactical planning as well as take a long-term strategic planning approach to implement our global strategy in
our market
Requirements: -
At least 4 years of brand/product management work experience within FMCG or fashion goods by a large and/or well-known brand

Proven and successful track record of effective brand building
-
Experience with regional strategy localization as well as developing, handling and implementing marketing budgets, goals, marketing
plans and sales forecasts
-
Extensive knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including methods to measure effectiveness of marketing activities and digital
marketing
-
Bachelor's degree (preferably: business or marketing related studies)
-
Ability to create alliances and partnerships with external partners through excellent negotiation skills
-
Confident communication level of English and fluent Russian
-
Excellent knowledge of MS office tools
