Lev HaOlam is looking for a Customer Support specialist who will be ready to work from 8 p.m to 4 a.m Moscow time (UTC+3 zone)
Lev Haolam is an Israeli company that supports small and medium businesses in Judea and Samarial through a subscription service for unique products from Israel and an online store. Our international team of specialists works tirelessly to create opportunities for the development of Israel. We have a young and ambitious team spread across 10 countries. English and Russian are our primary languages of communication.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with team and clients from 8 p.m to 4 a.m Moscow time (UTC+3)
- Communicate with clients via email (70%) and phone (30%) of your working time
- Communicate with Logistics, Marketing and IT departments
- Manage customer accounts, billing, shipping processes via Zoho CRM system and ERP system
- Moderate social media and stay in touch with clients via social platforms
What we expect from candidates:

Good command of English (B2+) - both verbal and written

Desire to help people - demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients’ cases

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
