The company develops a CROSSx platform - a heigh-loaded and low-latency scalable crypto trading platform (ECN) for cutting-edge financial assets and operate on the market of institutional clients, operating world-wide and processing billions operation per day in a near-real time mode. The platform decoupled trade execution from custody and brokerage and focused on providing the world’s foremost institution-only venue for cryptocurrency trade execution.
The biggest technical challenges for us are latency (we are working on nano-seconds scale), fault tolerance (we are working 24/365) and huge volume of data which we use for ML-based automation.
We have a team of just a few very experienced engineers and we will work in very flexible and agile environment. The only requirements for you - are independence, responsibility and efficiency and we could provide you a lot of tech challengers and interesting tasks. Also, you will work in the environment of Global Investment Banking.
We have no requirement for location, and you could work from your current location, but we are ready to offer relocation in UK there our HQ located or Cyprus (where our dev center located).
Job Description
The Technical Support and Client Onboarding Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our ECN platform's clients, specializing in cryptocurrency trading. The position entails proactive engagement with clients, providing training, preparing instructions, creating and configuring accounts, and setting up network connections.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding:
- Proactively work with clients during the onboarding process.
- Ensure a swift and seamless connection, including client education and instruction preparation.
- Create and configure client accounts, network connections, and any necessary custom settings.
- Technical Support (First-Line):
- Handle and analyze non-standard situations arising during trading.
- Provide client consultation and liaise with the technical team.
- Provide feedback on client operations, new automation requirements, and platform functionality enhancements.
Skills set (at least some of this list)
- Strong understanding of investment banking activities related to currency trading.
- Knowledge and experience with the FIX protocol.
- Proficient in using the Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with programming fundamentals, command-line operations, bash scripting, and basic knowledge of Python.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in client onboarding and technical support in the financial or cryptocurrency sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
