Our client, an international FMCG company, is looking for Talent Acquisition Lead (Supervisor).
The area of ??responsibility includes ensuring the process of effective closing of top-level vacancies, as well as positions for back-office and commercial functions. The role involves managing a team of two recruiters, whose work will need to be coordinated and controlled, as well as communication a lot with internal contractors, keeping records on the process, etc.
This person will be responsible for development, implementation and management of TA strategy, candidates pipeline development and talent mapping for business-critical roles, best practice sharing with local & global team inside company & outside: awards, conferences, articles, leading strategic project on diversity & inclusion approach implementation, design and monitoring key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of TA & Employer Branding initiatives.
A successful candidate has experience of closing as well as supervising executive search projects, communicating with high-level contractors (including expats), working with a large volume of vacancies (15-20+), as well as managing a team of recruiters (two people and more). A level of English proficiency not lower than confident Upper Intermediate is required.
Strong presentation skills and especially communication skills are important to not be afraid to express own opinion, have a clear position, support the team.
The company fully complies with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, offers a wide social package and the possibility of a hybrid work schedule. This is maternity leave position, with possible, but not yet guaranteed, prospects for continuing to work in the company.
