Business Context:
- Continue liquid Oral Category growth through community and digital channel sales development
- Drive Category & Product awareness and purchase initiation through mass media campaign incl. TV with Moscow & St-Pete focus
- Grow category knowledge and its relevance among HCP's, Hospital Authority and KOLs through educational & initiation activities ?
- Take a leadership role in development of educational & initiation activities for Health Care Professionals ?
- Contribute and support MAXX projects development?
- Contribute to long term oncology strategy development?
Mission: To execute the AOP marketing activity for specific brand(s) in order to achieve the company's vision, desired sales, market share, brand result objectives and brand image and supports the development of the brand plan.

Responsibilities:?
· Analyzes business dynamics (patient /consumer/care giver retail journey, stakeholders, authorities, channels, competition) and proposes how to further build the category / brand?
· Contributes to and executes brand AOP marketing strategies and plans based on thorough analysis of market, environment, competitive and consumer trends?
· Executes NPD programs following Central Team lead?
· Connects with and briefs Sales, Finance, Medical and E-Marketing Manager on marketing activity development?
· Analyses CANN sales & P&L and proposes how to improve;?
· Works closely with sales and goes into the field to strengthen their understandings of strategy?
· Works closely with Supply Chain to ensure good forecasts?
· Works with Central Team by sharing CBU activity, best practices and performance updates while implementing global best practice?
· Support and strengthen co-operation with KOLs aimed to support and grow Nutricia AMN company image as medical purpose driven and achieve sales targets?
· Prepare and run presentations and product trainings (for internal and external counterparts). Serve as brand ambassador / role model for specialized medical nutrition?
Requirements:?
· English – fluent?
· Degree in Marketing ?
· Working experience in Marketing department 3 years +?
· Experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical OTC is a plus?
· Medical or pharmaceutical education is a plus?
· Power Point advanced user?
· Excel intermediate plus?
· 30 - 40% travel?
· Self-motivated?
· Proactive?
· Able to work independently ?
· High level of responsibility
