We are now looking for Multiсhannel Engagement Specialist.
What You’ll Do
- Direct marketing process ownership: MCE communication plan management for all Business Units; license limits monitoring; costs distribution control; management of content library available for Sales team; visual and technical guidelines compliance control for all types of content.
- Direct marketing execution: processing requests for customer journey creation from Marketing team; journey design alongside with MCE Manager; manually creating customer journeys in Marketing automation system based on agreed logic; setting up segments for journeys; A\B testing set up on request of Marketing team.
- Direct marketing analytics: customer journey analytics preparation, including data aggregation on emails data (sent, delivered, opened, detailed click analytics, feedback) and SMS data (sent, delivered, clicked) per doctor; actionable insights gathering for Digital, Marketing and Sales teams; monthly analytics preparation of consents collected via electronic form; reports preparation and insights gathering for SFE, Marketing and BI teams; monthly Webinar.ru reports preparation for all Business Units; 3rd party online events statistics collection; presentation of monthly MCE statistics for Business Units.
- Multichannel tools development and support: development of new functionalities alongside with CRM team and agency: requirements collection, technical specifications preparation, project management, testing. Guides preparation, conducting training sessions for Sales and Marketing teams on new and existing functionalities. Leading preparation process for semi-annual CLM presentations updates for all Business Units.
- Content management: creation of email layouts from images, prepared by agency, in Content Builder; landing pages creation from HTML files, prepared by agency; emails and SMS testing with Marketing team; custom landing pages creation per request of Marketing team (for example, custom NPS surveys) using HTML and SQL.
- Technical support: data collection from CRM and creation of segments for targeted sends with SQL, segments creation for data transfer from Marketing automation platform to CRM system, communication with tech support in case of difficulties.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven working experience with CRM, Multichannel Marketing including digital marketing, customer relationship management, sales force effectiveness (one of these areas);
- Working knowledge of marketing automation systems, understanding of CRM infrastructure in Pharma industry;
- Experience in content management and Customer relationship management;
- Proven work experience with Marketing Cloud or any other Marketing Automation system would be a plus;
- Demonstrated strong project management and multitasking skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills, cross-functional team player and attention to detail;
- In-depth knowledge of metrics, digital analytics, ability to generate, analyze and interpret data to produce insights. Strong with numbers;
- Deadline driven, strong sense of urgency and commitment;
- Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of the comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit;
- Upper Intermediate and higher English level;
- Basic SQL and HTML skills would be a plus.
