2024 main roles&responsibilities are:
1. Top management recruitment; middle management recruitment (~20 positions) - control and active participation, candidates base creation and maintenance.
2. New job grades and performance management systems development (together with HQ) and launch.
3. C&B block - strict costs control, total salary budget decrease.
4. Training system development.
5. Strengthening of employees' motivation level (top projects for this year include: social HR network creation, HR Telegram channel and corporate portal basing on DaOffice service decisions will start operating; corporate currency - Mid-coins will be gained for internal activies and great work achievements - later on, can be exchanged for company's merch or additional days off).
6. Brand awareness in total and HR brand improvement - partly related to the motivation project.
Full scope of current resposibilities:
1. Organization of specific Recruitment system, oriented on the company's business: identification of searching sources based on regional labor markets analysis, establishing of direct links with educational institutions and employment services, recruitment agencies, etc.
2. Organization of personnel professional experience, qualification and business engagement level assessment.
3. Active participation in the onboarding programs supervision, monitoring probational period tasks together with direct managers.
4. Control and maintenance of the company's workflow (orders, labor contracts and other internal documents preparation in accordance with the legislation of Russia; maintaining and storing personal files of employees in compliance with the requirements for personal data protection (152 Federal Law), working with labor books, including electronic ones).
5. Motivation programs development and introducing, assessment of the motivation level of employees.
6. Development of Internal policies, defensing and deeply analyzing with lawyers support (including KPI system).
7. Remote working system developement and control.
8. Participation in the optimization of the organizational structure of the company.
9. Vacation leave schedule preparation and further leading.
10. Preparation and submission of personnel reports to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, RosStat, FSS, the Moscow Government (on the mos.ru portal), and head organization (Head Quarters).
11. Participation in the organization and conducting of trainings and learning courses for employees.
12. Organization and maintenance of military registration, interaction with various military authorities, communication on the issues of military registration of employees, correct submission corresponding reports.
13. Participation in the automatization and digitalization of data processing related to personnel records management.
14. Participation in the development of job descriptions and other local regulations of the company.
15. Participation in the development and coordination of strategically important internal policies, regulations and procedures (not always related to HR), bringing to the attention of employees information about changes coming into force.
16. Implementation of professional standards, taking into account the specifics of the company's activities, in the interests of business development.
17. Providing assistance to colleagues in solving the problems leading to improvement in the results of the company's activities.
18. Participation in making strategically important decisions on building business processes in the company (mainly related to HR and Marketing Departments, etc.).
19. Collaborating with Headquarters in order to strengthen internal control and overall employees’ motivation; negotiating in English.
20. Conducting and organizing trainings and engaging seminars.
21. Organizing tenders for key HR service providers choosing.
22. Participation in the organization of teambuildings and other events oriented on improving corporate life.
23. EHS block control (special assesmne tof working places organization, organizing onboarding instructions concerning office-life safety, etc).

Base requirements:
- Higher education (+HR related courses as a must);
- 9+ years of related experience;
- diplomatic skills;
- C1 English knowledge;
- Deep knowledge of Russian Labor Code;
- Military reporting and Human Safety Conrol base knowledge.
