Your main responsibilities will be:

Establishing systematic work with the customer database with the goal of increasing revenue and profitability.

Develop a strategy for working with the customer database.

Manage communications with the customer database in all channels at all stages of the customer lifecycle - from contact collection to reactivation.

Test hypotheses to improve key performance indicators and conduct A/B testing.

Track the budget and analyze the cost-effectiveness based on unit economics.
What we want to see in you:

Experience in B2C and sales businesses with high average deal size and long sales cycles, ideally within the Real Estate industry or in SaaS products.

Knowledge of platforms such as SendPulse, Intercom, AmoCRM, and similar CRM and CDP systems.

Basic knowledge of statistics.

Proficiency in Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodologies.

Experience in managing messaging marketing with chat-bots in Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.

Ability to write simple SQL queries.

English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Minimum 5 years of CRM marketing experience.
