The main purpose of this role is EE employment & labor relations documents maintenance and ensure its compliance with the legislation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage employee records (local HRIS for EE relations documentation -labor law documentation like employment contracts, act of employment, timesheets, vacations etc.) and related documents
- Update employee records with new information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintaining military records and reporting
- Manage the archive of staff documentation according to the country legislation rules
- Ensure employee data is handled and protected under applicable compliance laws
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (fluctuation, absenteeism etc.)
- Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
- Organize & check annual vacation schedules by department, to form a general schedule, and monitor its compliance
- Check and correct monthly timesheets by department, to submit the correct data to payroll provider
- Participate in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding payroll
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Participate in HR department activities
Successful Candidate:
- Knowledge of the rules of registration and record maintenance of personnel documentation
- Knowledge of archive maintenance
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and employment related laws
- Knowledge of the basics of payroll and timesheets
- Confident PC user: MS Office, Excel - advanced, legal systems, HRIS 1С 8.3
- Work experience as an HR specialist or payroll accountant at a company of 200 people or more, for at least 1 year
- English – intermediate as min
- Willingness to develop in their professional field, attentive to detail, responsible, initiative
