Mission
The mission of a Technical Support Specialist is to provide high-quality support to Smartcat’s freelancers and language service providers with high empathy and full commitment. By delivering excellent support, you’re expected to maintain a 100% suppliers’ satisfaction rate in this role.
Your responsibilities will be:

Resolve suppliers requests in modern ticketing systems such as Zendesk and YouTrack

Escalate customer requests to other teams (product, infrastructure, devops, etc.)

Resolution of conflict situations between clients and suppliers
-
Make sure that nothing prevents suppliers from providing their services on the platform
-
Help users to familiarize themselves with the platform
-
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve suppliers issues in an accurate and timely manner
-
Help proactively improve our service and efficiency
Requirements:

Desire to help people

Experienced in working on customer tickets and tools such as Zendesk would be a plus

High level of English language proficiency and knowledge of Russian is a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication skills (Other languages is a plus)

Ability to work in a team and independently

Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others

Flexibility in working in shifts if the business requires it

Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a strong sense of ownership, and persistence to breakthrough

Experience working with remote teams is a plus
