Our client, a chineese company Xiamen Yaxon Network Co. Ltd. It is one of the TOP 3 among GPS tracker and other automotive electronics factories in China.
Employees: 900 employees including 200 R&D.
Market: cooperated with 300 partners, sold about 2 million GPS trackers since 1998.
Xiamen Yaxon Networks Co. Ltd is starting its business in Russia and is planning to sell its devices to cars' and tracks' manufacturers in Russa and has an opening for Service and Technical Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the after-sales service of parts and components in the Russian market, responsible for the installation, replacement, upgrade of on-site faulty equipment and other equipment problems;
2. Responsible for establishing cooperative relations with local service stations and maintenance stations, responsible for providing product knowledge training to local service station technicians, and helping service station technicians to improve their troubleshooting and handling capabilities;
3. Responsible for the company sent to Russia parts and equipment storage management, accounting records, equipment delivery and reception;
4. Responsible for disassembly and analysis of faulty parts after sale;
5. Responsible for completing other work arranged by the superior;
Requirements:
1. Russian college degree or above, computer or communication engineering and other majors.
2. Proficient in English (can speak English).
3. With 3 years or more product after-sales technical service experience. And have a certain product upgrade and equipment disassembly and equipment replacement of actual combat experience.
4. Familiar with and understand the local after-sales service regulations and basic after-sales service process, and have after-sales service experience, can independently complete the relevant after-sales service technical support work.
5. Basic understanding of the rules of after-sales technical service (such as: cost accounting, service outsourcing, etc.), practical work experience is preferred.
