Over the past years, the company has been actively involved in creating a digital ecosystem. It offers unique solutions for small, medium, and large business customers.
We offer Custom and Mobile Development, Web Development, Software Testing, IT Consulting, UI/UX Design, Cloud Migration Services, Big Data and Machine Learning Services, AI and Data Science Services, IoT and BI Services.
We are currently experiencing active growth and are looking for a Director of International Business Development to join our team.
The Director of International Business Development will be responsible for:
- Developing the company's business in the international market;
- Defining short- and long-term marketing strategies to increase sales;
- Building, developing, training and managing a team of managers responsible for working with and maintaining long-term relationships with international partners;
- Provide recommendations under tight deadlines to achieve goals, propose hypotheses and suggest solutions to emerging problems;
- Manage revenue forecasting processes for consolidated sales volumes;
- Actively participate in sales and negotiations with key accounts, preparing and presenting proposals;
- Develop strategic plans and assignments in marketing and sales;
- Work closely and collaboratively with the CEO and Co-Founder.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Successful experience in entering new (international) markets — MENA, Latin American countries;
- Experience in finding new business partners on the international market;
- Experience in developing strategies to work with partners;
- Experience in selling IT services (We are not ready to consider specialists who sold products. It is important for us to sell IT services);
- Experience in attending and organizing international marketing events (exhibitions, conferences, etc.);
- Experience or participation in opening offices in preferred regions;
- 5+ years experience in a similar position;
- Built a sales department from the ground up;
- Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is welcome;
- Ability to multitask and a high degree of self-organization;
- Willingness to travel on business (international).
