What you are going to do:
- Lead key lead gen channels of the company’s European web-sites: SEM, Remarketing, Display, Market places, Social Media, Email Marketing
- Manage digital agencies to increase qualified traffic and conversions, CTR, CR, and CPL
- Plan and organize digital activities to achieve company’s KPIs
- Plan and execute optimization of the Company’s web-sites: usability changes, A/B tests, redesign, content building
- Analyze promotional campaigns, work with customer segments, filters and attribution models
- Monitor and measure website/channel performance. Prepare reporting and forecasting
- Find new opportunities for lead generation and conversion of the web-sites
- Implement and optimize analytics tools
What you are supposed to be good at:
- 3 year experience in e-commerce advertising with proven SEM/SM international business cases
- Expert in Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook Business
- Expert in Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Comfort in experience tracking and analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on facts
- Strong project management skills
- Passionate about web optimization, web analytics and data
- Experience in working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience in working with Email Marketing platforms
- Experience in working with international agencies
