Duties:
- Based on shipment request received, evaluate and estimate the right transport mode
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to prepare complete quotation request
- Tracking and coordinating shipments with different partners from pick-up to final delivery
- Receive transport documents and information on time from internal and external partners (BL/CMR/RWB/FCR/INV/PL/IP/bills etc)
- Managing transport incidents and anticipating acceleration transport possibilities
- Optimize communication, develop or review processes and procedures
- Reporting on shipments completed/in transit, on transporters global performance
- Loading all required documents in shared drive network, in Docusign system and 1S software
Requirements: - 3-5 years minimum in international transport company (sea, road, air, rail freight)
- Experience in Oil and Gas / construction project is a plus
- Advanced skills in office tools, mainly excel (knowledge of 1S software is a plus)
- Fluent english
- High motivation, high resistance to pressure, problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
