RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and respond to employee inquires received via multiple sources (telephone, e-mail, direct interaction, etc.) supporting all HR Functions within the current Local HR Service Center and provide a high level of customer service to employees focused on First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Be central point of contact for employees, HR Business Partners, third party vendors for tasks and inquiries including, but not limited to, personnel file management, leave administration, Concur, report requests, learning systems, benefits
- Support Talent Administration services through job posting, interview scheduling, reference collections, employment verification, etc
- Responsible for accessing and completing transactions through multiple HR Technologies to include but not limited to account creation, password resets and troubleshooting
- Develop a working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and guidelines supporting HR transaction activities
- Ensures accuracy and timely processing on transactional activities related to employee data management within HR Applications (1C, Workday)
- Support key initiatives operated through the Local HR Service Center (Annual Compensation Planning administrative support, Performance Management administrative support, etc.)
- Communicate with HR Business Partners, Global HR Service Centers, Global IT and Finance Partners, etc as required to research and resolve employee inquiries
- Identify areas of improvement and efficiency around HR processes.
- Monitoring of incoming emails / self-service tickets through Global Incident management system
- Perform controls in accordance with regional audit standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents
- Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence
- Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts
- Must have ability to analyze inquiries quickly and determine if resolvable or escalation is required
- Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer focus/quality oriented and results driven
- Strong Microsoft office experience: Excel, Word
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hight University degree
- From two years of HR or Client Service background experience required
- Must be fluent in Russian and English (Intermediate and above (verbal and written)
- Communication and presentation fluency
- Experience in recruitment & TA is a plus
