TRANSSION is hiring Talent Acquisition Manager in it's office: Moscow - Russian Federation.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various departments within the organization. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and candidate profiles.
3. Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for the organization.
4. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
6. Utilize metrics and data to track recruitment performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in full-cycle recruiting.
3. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Smartphone industry experience is a big plus.
