Main responsibilities:
- Support of exchange and over-the-counter transactions with securities and derivatives, (internal accounting), brokerage services;
- Monitors over the correctness of balances and other balance sheet indicators of funds and securities;
- Control of trading limits for trading systems;
- Interaction with banks and Custodians in terms of processing transactions on brokerage accounts of clients;
- Conducting and executing bank payments in terms of brokerage activities;
- Cooperation with IT department and back offices of holding companies;
- Reviewing automated reconciliations of trades, problem solving;
- Team management: setting and prioritizing tasks, monitoring execution, distributing requests, helping to eliminate bottlenecks, etc.;
- Optimizing existing and building new processes that ensure maximum team efficiency: project coordination, interaction with clients and related departments, etc.
Requirements:
- Desire to develop in a large holding company and to solve interesting tasks and projects;
- Clear understanding of the trade life-cycle, transaction documentation types, securities market participants;
- Base knowledge of accounting, record keeping and financial reporting;
- Fluent in spoken Russian;
- Confident Excel user, DataBase, SQL;
- Analytical thinking;
- Stress resistance and multitasking ability;
- Proactive and organized person with the ability to work unsupervised.
Other desirable criteria:
- English, SQL, CRM, Jira;
- Experience in operating unit of investment firm.
