Business analyst works in the team of software developers and ensures effective interaction between the subject field experts and software developers. Business analyst creates and maintains requirements and documentation for software products, using engineering approach for analyses and escalation of existing problems.
Responsibilities
- Communication with users, subject field experts and software developers on creating requirements for software products and expectations.
- Develops scenarios of using functional requirements per users requests.
- Ensures tracing requirements from the documentation to the software product
- Creating and maintenance of product documentation
- Participates in creating technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ year experience as business analyst, technical writer, system engineer, SQA Engineer or SW Developer.
- Good understanding of Software Development with C++ or other programming languages
- Good command of Word, Excel and desire to learn new applications
- Experience and desire to learn 3D CAD systems in ortho, desire to become expert in this field.
- Familiar with SWDLC
- Proven experience in creating technical documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented mind, critical and logical thinking, ability to reach the correct conclusion based on the available facts and arguments
- Ability to analyze information and learn quickly
- Advanced computer skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the SW, IT-related field.
