Responsibilities:

Process design and engineering
-
Process Flow Diagrams, Piping & Instrument Diagrams, Operational guidelines

Equipment design, Safety Valves, Data Sheets

Review of Detail Design Documentation and Vendor documentation
-
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards
-
HAZOP, HAZID, 3D MODEL review participation
-
Co-ordination with civil and structural engineers to finalize pipe rack, platforms, foundations and other structural requirements
-
Providing support to all purchase activities and evaluate all Russian vendor documents for technical requirements
-
Analyzing all mechanical data sheets and develop required mechanical drawings
-
Assisting site construction team for any field raised issue by providing immediate solution
Key skills:
Education: must be appropriate to the discipline BSc
Experience:
- 5+ Oil&Gas, LNG, GPP, Refinery Platform or at least one megaobject and 5+ heavy industries (Mining, Metallurgy, etc.)
- Design Institute, Design Company
English: Elementary up to Intermediate
Software: Autocad, Navisworks
