We are looking for a responsible and organized employee for the position of Project Manager (IT)
IT Project Manager is responsible for establishing and support of IT infrastructure in dedicated countries in order to support (or launch) lending operations.
Responsibilities:
• Development and management of IT area in order to support lending operations in several countries of presence.
• Creation BRD based on business requirements and realization of IT tasks with external IT providers.
• Search, negotiation, implementation and management of IT providers in countries of operations.
• Implementation and management of LMS (loan management systems) in countries of operations.
• Support and management of IT infrastructure (such as Web-site, Applications, Decision Management System, Loan Management system, Call-Center, CRM, External Providers (Credit bureaus, Repayment and Disbursement Systems, Servers)
• Provide technical support service to business users.
• Creation and actualization of regulations and technical documentation.
Requirements:
• Good English is a must;
• Experience with implementation of loan management systems, loan origination systems;
• Experience with Web-development, application development;
• Experience with CRM systems and Call-Center systems;
• Strong experience with IT project management;
Desirable:
• Experience with credit cards.
• Experience with Latin America
• Broad-minded in IT.
