We are looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager to join our T&D Team, who will create and deliver trainings for our employees.
Main responsibilities:
- development of a training program on sales and product for new employees of the corporate commercial department from scratch;
- development and implementation of sales skills. assessment;
- interaction with the business in determining requests and needs for sales training aimed at improving the efficiency of the commercial department employees;
- post-training support, identifying areas of growth for employees in terms of sales skills;
- development of training materials, regular update;
- regular reporting on training and assessments;
- maintaining the MyCompetencies e-learning system.
Our requirements:
- experience in conducting B2B sales training in various formats for at least 2 years, both online and offline;
- experience in developing sales trainings from scratch;
- possession of skills in managing group dynamics, public speaking;
- written and oral communication skills in English at C1 level or above.
