Main purpose of the function:
- To expand Midea's distribution presence within assigned retail key account.
- Represent Midea and enhance brand visibility within the channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective relationships with customer (managing each distribution center/cluster/store) across omni-channel sales.
- Maintain retail/online sales strategies and execute key account cooperation plans.
- Ensure monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan fulfillment. Analyze market changes and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Ensure ongoing planning aligns with customer needs and maintains product availability across distribution levels.
- Submit customer orders promptly and monitor their execution within agreed volumes and timelines.
- Address issues related to customer finance discipline to prevent overdue cases.
- Maintain customer Terms & Conditions, ensure timely confirmation, and adapt them as per market conditions.
- Participate in and ensure the implementation of agreed marketing and trade marketing activities to drive sales.
- Expenses controlling and forecasting for co-operative marketing and rebates spending in accordance with accrued budget.
- Maintain an optimized product portfolio, ensure stock availability, and monitor product price levels.
- Support the resolution of service-related issues.
- Support of document flow with on-time confirmation inside companies’ departments.
- Develop, update, and maintain customer databases; gather market information and competitors' activities; provide regular reports adhering to deadlines.
- Undertake other responsibilities and tasks aligned with the Company's business interests.
Requirements:
1. Higher education.
2. Experience Knowledge and understanding of home appliances Industry is preferred (OBM business).
3. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills.
4. Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.
