We are currently searching for an expert who would start our technical support function in close collaboration with our product and qa teams, reporting directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current demands and trouble zones as per feedbacks from the product and QA teams
- Suggest, implement, and supervise necessary technical monitoring tools
- Build the technical support department from scratch
Requirements
- Rich experience in functional testing
- Strong theoretical knowledge in Software testing
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with software QA tools and processes
- Experience with Monitoring software tools and set up from scratch
- Working knowledge of the general client-server architecture, IT-landscape, trends, and emerging technologies
- Experience in building and development of technical support processes and department
Conditions
- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period

- Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
