Description and Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing our Consumer Products line in Russia. This role combines the dynamic growth-focused tasks of a Sales Department Manager with the relationship-building and strategic account oversight of a Key Account Manager.
- Business & Account Development:
• Drive business growth and meet sales targets by generating leads and following up with prospects from various sources.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as the primary contact for inquiries and service requests.
• Support and lead the sales team to achieve collective goals and individual targets.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer bases and opportunities for business expansion within new & existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and lab partners to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team & Relationship Management:
• Participate in recruitment and plan for team development.
• Evaluate team performance, manage budgets, and control costs.
• Assign tasks, coach team members, and lead sales activities such as exhibitions and client meetings.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key clients and provide strategic recommendations.
- Market Ownership & Service Excellence:
• Own the market research for consumer products & retail.
• Develop and execute immediate action plans to approach business targets.
• Present HQTS in seminars and webinars, both internally and externally.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the TIC industry for consumer products (willing to receive applicants with relevant skillsets from other industries)
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Strong relationship management and client-facing experience.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English (with proficiency in Chinese as a plus, but not necessary)
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
• Ambitious and self-initiated with a desire to take on managerial roles.
Compensation:
Negotiable, with a competitive base salary and performance incentives.
