NVIDIA is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to become a member of the team supporting our best-in-class GeForce NOW gaming solution. As a team member, you will support and improve distributed infrastructure ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to hundreds of thousands of players across the world.
What you will be doing:
You'll be part of a dynamic team that explores innovative ways to make modern games available to players on various devices. You will work with cutting-edge GPU virtualization technologies and upcoming graphics products not yet available to general public. You'll have the opportunity to advance the state of cloud gaming industry.
What we need to see:
- You should have a Bachelors in CS or 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong background in virtualization technologies, including virtual machines and containerized applications
- Solid Linux system administration experience
- Advanced user Windows knowledge
- Hands-on experience assembling and supporting server hardware
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to best collaborate with coworkers
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Expertise in Citrix XenServer (6.0 and up)
- Expertise in Networking (hardware/software configuration)
- Be on top of the current generation of server- and user- grade hardware
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl) and automation tools development
- Gaming background
