Responsibilities:
- Deliver axe performance KPIs: Sell-in, Sell-out, rankings, market share and profit.
- Implement local marketing plan in line with the global guidelines and deliver launches KPIs. Adjust axe strategy and activation plan in response to the fast changing environment.
- Plan and execute local launch campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL, CRM, PR, Bloggers activation) in line with the global guidelines.
- Manage product portfolio considering lines and SKUs performance analysis, launch plans and market trends.
- Manage axe budget and its effective implementation.
- Cooperate with trade marketing, sell-in, sell-out, PR and training teams to implement the retail activation strategy (priorities, planograms, promo-strategy, market share targets, major activations and events).
- Deliver tailored plans for specific customers, dedicated plans for flagships with focus on retail experience.
- Ensure legal compliance of brand communications: packaging, advertising, sales tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activations and get and implement the key learnings for the brand development.
- Collaborate with international team: ensure alignment, timely reporting, best-in-class relationship and collaboration.
