The Moscow office is looking for a proficient Billing Operations Administrator to support our Account Management team! In this position you will work closely with the sales team maintaining and collecting all payments and account balances for our sales and revenue channel. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, team oriented, and a great communicator. This individual should also have strong analytical and problem solving skills. As the Billing Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all sales subscription receivables.
Responsibilities: - Manage direct debit platform and oversee incoming payments for the international sales team including Russia and EU markets
- Regularly review aging report to determine overdue payments; list and keep track of each customer’s outstanding balances
- Carry out all daily/weekly payment decline notifications; communicate between sales reps and managers on the status of their clients’ declining payments
- Perform account reconciliations and audits
- Amend and cancel accounts as per manager approval, ensuring everything is correctly recorded in all related platforms
- Communicate with clients: generate and send out invoices and agreements
- Liaise with US and UK Billing and Finance teams as necessary
Requirements: - 1+ years experience in a billing or analytical role
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Experience with payment platforms a plus (GoCardless, CloudPayments…)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of private and sensitive information, records and reports
- Able to manage a heavy workload whilst meeting strict deadlines
