Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading flawless execution brand activation and marketing strategy/plan within Russian market to deliver revenue, profit and share objectives. The role works closely with the Market Sales teams to deliver plan through superior consumer and customer activation.
Responsibilities:
- Drives the execution and performance of annual brand marketing plans in Russia aligned with the category strategy for P&L delivery with a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon.
- Implements superior consumer and customer activation, brand equity building programs , renovation and innovation 4-2-1 ‘s execution.
- Implements the IMC programs, working with BU category activation , agencies, and drive brand communication
- Manages connection & media planning.
- Ensures effective working relationships and cross functional alignment of the category marketing plans with RCT, Sales (Category Planning & KAM) CI, CS&L and Finance and agency leadership to ensure effective in market brand activation in accordance with brand plans, activation strategy, schedule and calendar
- Ensures brand marketing spend budgets are within plan and contribute to profitability improvement
- Collaborates with the Equity &Innovation teams to develop insight led and strategically relevant communication that drive brand health and category growth
- Manages and influence external agencies to deliver against brand target.
Requirements: - University degree in Marketing or applicable working experience.
- Min of 5 years’ relevant experience in blue chip multinational FMCG in both marketing & Sales roles with involvement in broad commercial issues.
- Demonstrable experience in brand management with personal sound achievements. Experience in leading projects in development and execution of outstanding marketing programms based on consumer insights.
- Demonstrable experience in the development and introduction of new products and marketing opportunities and brand repositioning.
- In-depth understanding of consumer needs.
- Budget & cost control management.
- Excellent Knowledge of English language.
- Strong skills in using marketing tools.
- Strong multi-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Handling Complexity, problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills.
- Project leadership and planning skills
