Role summary
- Partners with BU’s to develop Digital strategy and integrated plans that align to brand/ above brand and X-BU strategies and goals.
- Directs the development and delivery of measurable Digital platform services for Pfizer Russia that deliver maximum value from collective Digital investment across BU’s, ensuring adherence to channel standards and compliance requirements
Role Responsibilities
- Acts as Single Point of Contact for Digital Platform services, global channel deployment and its utilization for commercial clients in Pfizer Russia at all levels.
- Provides leadership and expertise in Digital Channel Enablement (DCE) to country teams:
- DCE strategy and planning for Pfizer Russia
- Strategic support, coordination and management of x-BU channel usage (HCP portal / Microsites, scheduled and automated Email campaigns, Webinars, rep-triggered e-mails, virtual customer communication, customer acquisition (e-permissions), customer engagement programs, closed-loop marketing, sms, applications and new channels) that meet needs of Pfizer customers
- Integrated Digital campaigns in support of long term strategy and annual Operating Plans, including demand management and traffic control
- Manage program risks dependencies and project timelines to ensure on time & on budget delivery.
- Track & keep relevant stakeholders informed on deployment plans & status report including any deviations
- Review interaction metrics and benchmarks and prepare recommendations for campaign optimization
- Pan-BU cross-pollination and pan-channel platform view / best practice sharing
- Recommendations for targeting, customer acquisition and measurement to maximize impact
- Represents first level escalation from the market to regional / global DCE team, including current functionality and change requests. Provide feedback to global channel teams and service providers.
- Drives knowledge management, provides vision and governance / cross-functional coordination through organization (Business Units / Strategy & Commercial Operations / Business Technology / Legal / Communication / Medical / Regulatory) in Digital Area
- Commercial Client capability development: Up-skill and develop colleagues in Digital capabilities using the global curriculum of services. Provide input to further develop curriculum based on business requirements
- Takes responsibility for awareness, education and trainings for marketing and Field Force in digital area (including Annual Meetings, Induction trainings, WebEx and Distant Learning programs).
- Coordinates cross-BU Digital Campaign Planning, including services and resources required. Gain endorsement of BU stakeholders and maximize cross-BU synergy to ensure optimal customer experience.
- Keeps responsibility for e-Permission Database management and reporting for marketing and Field Force.
- Understand and apply the principles, practices, and ethics involved in developing effective Digital programs
- Align on Medical & Legal Review, remediation and process improvements in the development of Digital operational and process compliance.
- Work in x-functional Strategy& Commercial Operations teams to develop and provide Measurement and Reporting execution activities, including e-permission reporting, omni-channel analytics and customer opt outs process.
- Builds self-sustaining processes (both in DCE and other BUs) where possible, tends to remove existing roadblocks in efficiency of digital activities.
Qualifications
- Master degree is a must, MBA is an additional benefit
- Strong expertise in Digital sphere with experience of Multi-Channel Marketing / Digital programs in Pharma and/or Consumer fields
- Commercial experience in marketing, sales and/or commercial operations roles
- Strong strategic thinking, analytic, interpersonal, influence and communications skills
- Strong ability to lead x-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in a complex organizational structure and manage internal clients expectation
- “Can do” attitude and resilience to find ways of doing instead of reasons to abandoning initiatives and projects
- Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills - ability to generate credibility
- Experience in working with agencies/vendors
- A working understanding of marketing and campaign management solutions offerings
- Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns
- Skills in conveying learning and best practice / facilitation skills
- Proven record of people management and development
