Job Description:
- Develop of PepsiCo strategy for the category, with main focus on NKA
- Establish and elevate PepsiCo’s Category Management credentials with key retailers and PepsiCo cross-functions, to gain Category Captaincy status with key Retailers, serve as go-to category expert internally and externally, and achieve №1 rank for PepsiCo in TAG survey
- Propose the category vision, key growth drivers and Customer-specific objectives to drive total category growth
- Arrange quarterly “Insights-sharing” meetings with NKA Buyers
- Participate in the end-to-end category “space management” process (range, space and location recommendations, tools, education, etc) through fact-based analyses, retail and competitive knowledge, built on a ‘total category” perspective (NKA) received from functional category manager
- Lead Customer-specific analyses, communication, scorecarding and execution of recommendations (including in-store tests, category-level promotion evaluation, pricing opportunities, etc)
- Support sell-in of advanced analytics projects and customer-specific Shopper Insights projects.. Identify, learn and share best practices (internally and externally) in this area
- Implement commercial and actionable business solutions through fact-based Selling Stories and by working effectively with cross-functional constituents (Senior Leadership, Sales, Customer/Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Shopper Insights, etc) at both Retailer and PepsiCo
- Equip Sales Management to develop proposals, identify cross category and total store growth opportunities that define and drive success with each strategic Retailer
- Develop the skill and knowledge of Junior Category Manager
- Actively embody and contribute to creation of “Insights for Action” culture within PepsiCo
Qualifications / Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in an FMCG company in CatMan, Trade marketing or Sales department
- Good knowledge of Russian market
- Strong statistical, analytical and influencing skills, ability to working with large quantities of data, and recognize trends and connections in data
- Intellectual curiosity
- Leadership, interpersonal, communication and strong presentation skills
- PC & software skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Nielsen Advisor and Spaceman
- English language not less than intermediate is required
