Main objective:
The basic function of this specialist is to be a role model for the organization, demonstrating skills, techniques and ways to work that will drive results in Round Tool sales. Be a positive example of success in Round Tool sales. Engage the organization with communication and hands-on customer work. Work with SANE Solid Round Tools Cluster Team and Sales Cluster Russia-West to execute high value sales opportunities. Provide professional project management techniques. Support all phases of the selling cycle when needed. Act as a Round Tool consultant and advisor for Sales Cluster Russia-West. Be accountable and responsible for Round Tool sales results. Be active and visible with the customers and within SANE Solid Round Tools Team. Identify barriers to the sale and remove the barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in all phases of the sales process including pre-qualifying the opportunity, customer presentations, project management, follow through, service.
- Accountability and responsibility for Round Tool sales
- Target high potential, high consumption Round Tool customers in must win segments
- Continuous improvement of Round Tool success factors and ways of working
- Focus on both engineered solutions and standards
- Engage entire organization with open communication and hands-on customer work
- Remove barriers and gaps in our way of working, solve problems
- Excellent understanding of the design, application, optimization and trouble shooting of Round Tools
- Develop the enablers of success in our offer and way of working: specials, standard assortment, channel offer, competence development, and communications.
Requirements:
- Higher education, specialization in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience
- Fluent English knowledge
- Customer focused, sales outcome oriented, team worker.
- Good communication skills, ability to make independent decisions, multitasking
- MS Office knowledge
- Readiness for frequent business trips
- Driver’s license
