HELPDESK SPECIALIST
Major Responsibilities
- Setup and installation of system and application software on the workstations
- Troubleshooting software and electronic component workstations
- Purchase and renovation of office equipment and supplies
- Help for users
- The repair of equipment
- Equipment inventory
Occasional Responsibilities
- Making contracts purchased office equipment, office equipment account.
- Equipment of new jobs and moving.
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience in Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Experience in Network configuration
- Experience in installing system and application software.
- Experience in MS 2010.
- Experience in Bank-client
- Pre-Intermediate level of English.
Communication and working with relation contacts
- Communicative abilities and abilities to work under stress.
- Ability to support different offices located in Moscow.
Decision making
- Decisions about ways of fixing software and hardware problems.
