For our client, international automotive components company, Brainpower is searching for Communication Speciality Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Development of the Communication & Brands strategy.
- Ensuring management of communication speciality team (5 person: Image&Brands Manager, PR Manager, Internal Communication Manager, Event Communication Manager, Digital Communication Manager).
- Supervision of the design, production and implementation of speciliaty communications specific to the area.
- Managing relations with the speciality's agencies.
- Definition of annual and speciality progress plans in the area.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Over 3 years of relevant experience on management role in Marketing Communication, preferably in automotive business.
- Solid experience of social media and internal communication strategy.
- Digital projects management is a must.
- People management and leadership skills, team player.
- Excellent verbal and written communicational skills both in English and in Russian; Frenchlanguage will be a plus.
