On behalf of our client, international TOP-5 company which produces tires, In Job Russia
is looking for a Logistic Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and Control shipment plan
- Carrier and Customs Broker selection
- Inbound planning based on norms of stock
- Check and control shipping status and warehouse stock level analysis
- Old DOT control and reporting
- Free Storage/Demurrage conditions control
- Document and explanations preparation for customs clearance. Duty changes control
- Check and control sales delivery instructions
- Control customs duty payment process
- Prepare and control customs clearance process
- Communicate with 3PL providers for operation arrangement
- Arrange and control delivery and temporary storage at ODCY
- Update Customs Clearance and delivery information in SAP
- Customs Value Correction control and negotiation with Customs Offices
- Check payments status with accounting department
- Fill up order status reports
- Assist with shortage, overage and resorting claims
- Control order and logistics document flow
- Fill up logistics expense report
- Assist with RFQ preparation
- Analyze quality of 3pl service providing
- Optimize new routes and cost saving schemes of delivery
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Work experience from 2 to 3 years in a similar position in international company
- Intermediate level and higher of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Excel
- Self-confidence, communication and organization skills
