MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fully understand packaging & hygiene requirements of Fresh Proteins producers. Monitor, collect and analysis of the currents situation in the Fresh Proteins market of Russia. Identify future trends, business opportunities and prepare recommendations for further business development.
- Open, start up and implement new projects with potential and current accounts in the Fresh Proteins market of Russia from the beginning stage till industrial launch.
- Find and identify key business decision makers from the side of customers. Establish long term business partnership relationships and provide the image of Sealed Air as the leading key packaging partner.
- Lead and develop projects in close co-operation with retail manager, application, engineering and sales force of the company.
- Planning and leading of commercial negotiations with potential and current accounts at all levels. Quotations and commercial contracts preparation and signing on equipment and packaging materials supply.
- Pro-actively work with customers in the frames of new orders obtaining on packaging materials supply.
- Provide sustainable sales and margin results growth through the newly opened projects as well as further business development support at current accounts.
- Co-ordinate collaboration between supply chain, customer service, application and technical teams in the frames of new projects start up.
- Actively promote innovative solutions of the company into the market.
- Monitor and analysis of competitor’s activity in the market.
- Collaborate actively with the Fresh Proteins EU/World Wide Business team.
REQUIREMENTS

- Strong Product & Market knowledge;
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with strong communication skills;
- Project Management skills – technical and influencing skills;
- Ability to establish long term partnership relations with the customer at all levels;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to plan personal working schedule effectively in line with the current targets;
- Relevant Academic Background;
- Russian native & pre-intermediate in English;
- Driving licence, “B”
- This position involves intensive travel up to 70%* in Russia and in Europe.
