IKEA Centres develops and manages retail destinations for the many people, anchored by IKEA stores. Our global portfolio includes 40 shopping centres and 25 retail parks that together attract more than 400 million visitors per year in 14 countries in Europe and Asia.
Now IKEA Centres Russia is looking for a structural and detail-oriented professional to be an Assistant/Receptionist in MEGA Khimki!
Your tasks will include:
- Receive all visitors, phone calls, tenants’ requests and applications; refer them to respective persons within the Centre Administration; receive and distribute post and mails
- Ensure that the Centre Reception is timely opened, maintained clean and in professional order, equipped with all necessary supplies
- Preparation of documents, reports, translations, administration of contact lists, minutes of meeting etc.
- Assist to department co-workers in tendering process
- Material and technical provision of the office
- Control over correct operation of technical equipment
- Maintain the Centre filing system in accordance with corporate policies related to documents handling and archiving
- Support the Line manager in smooth operation of the Centre Administration office and other administrative premises used by the Centre staff (including supplies, operation of office equipment, etc.)
- Support the Line manager in organization and coordination of meetings and staff events, travel arrangements for the Centre staff and other liaison functions
- General Assistance to Management Team
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Line manager
Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
- Completed higher education;
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Advanced PC user, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Organizational skills, creativity and ability to work on own initiative;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving;
- Self-organized, able to handle multiple tasks;
- Easy adjusting to change;
- Knowledge or experience in finance/economics is an advantage;
- Capability and willingness to act according to company’s needs, priorities and goals.
Location: MEGA Khimki
Permanent contract
Working schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00
