About the Role
Visagio is looking for recent graduates, consultants and analysts with strong skills in Robotic Process automatization (RPA), Excel,Power Point, VBA, optimization or simulation tools. The role involves delivery of key processes and technical solutions for improvement projects in the Oil & Gas, Mining and other industries. The assignments are typically with a team of 1-4 consultants. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow a small-medium sized company, having the opportunity to lead the end-to-end consultancy engagement and execution as well as to develop skills in commercial support and knowledge management. We expect high-achievers candidates to develop as a Practice expert and Executive in the coming 5-7 years, and help expand the company in Russia and other countries.
Management Consultant (with PRA Knowledge)
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience of Development and Integration of Process Automation (RPA) with IT-solutions(UiPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere)
- Undergraduate required in a numerical subject (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Strong record of academic achievement and clear demonstration of leadership
- Proven experience and documented successes in applying analytical tools and problem solving skills
- Experience of working in a project environment, and clear evidence of business process engineering. Supply chain management skills are a bonus.
- Shared services experience, either implementing a shared services centre or leading a high-performing team within a shared services centre
- Average grade above 4.0 out of 5.0 in B.Sc. Bachelor in Economics or Engineering
- Fluent English
