Position Purpose
The role exists to implement the JTI strategy within Wholesale channel on a national level.
Being in this role you will:
- Be involved in Wholesale channel and low strata strategy development. Drive the strategy implementation with assigned business partners and coordinate Wholesale channel activities in Russia regions.
- Ensure the effective realization of the project with the individual entrepreneurs providing the services to JTI based on the agency agreement terms.
- Ensure timely and efficient internal communication to achieve and control Wholesale KPIs, effectively manage channel’s dedicated resources. Enhance the data collection and processing system to provide the necessary data further to management and other colleagues to whom it is required.
- Continuously develop the long term and strong partnership with the Wholesale clients in order to achieve mutually beneficial business solutions, JTI goals and targets fulfillment as well as to ensure that the required stock is maintained.
Educations & Experience required:
- University degree (Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management is an advantage);
- Russian: Fluent (spoken, written);
- English: Upper-intermediate (spoken, written);
- Computer Literate (advanced MS Office user);
- Driving license;
- Min 5 years of successful sales and trade marketing experience in FMCG;
- Min 2 years of successful people management experience;
- Project management experience;
- Budget management experience;
- Successful selling & negotiations experience.
