Job scope:
1. Distributors sales channel & regional retailers channel: Moscow, SPb and regional distributors, direct and non- direct regional retailers.
2. CIS sales: Kazakhstan and Mongolia
3. E-Commerce: e-direct sales (via fulfilment operator), e-distributors and e-shops
4. Quarter/Year budget targets: Number customers, turnover, Margin
5. Daily job: search, negotiations, contracting, support, trainings, POS materials, promos & incentives, loyalty programs, NPD, cash collection
6. Communication with European and local team: participation and contribution in discussions and internal projects
7. Quarter/Year sales forecasting and year budgeting
8. Participation in international and local exhibitions
9. Sales development projects initiating and development
Job duties:
- supporting the CD to achieve area SPA sales objectives; planning of promo activity, sales programs, loyalty programs with distributors and regional customers, implementing the action plans; determining distributors and regional customers sales system improvements; implementing promo activity calendar and the changes;
- maintaining and expanding distributors and regional customer base by building and maintaining rapport with them; by identifying new customer opportunities;
- making meetings and negotiating with distributors and regional customers to develop availability/ distribution brands and sales in regions of Russia.
- making periodically Store checks in regions of Russia reporting to the CD;
- Recommending with SPA (PM) product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors;
- supporting the CD to maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by making sure to achieve the required margins and a correct positioning of the brand;
- effective supervision of promotion activities, marketing activities and loyalty programs in regions of Russia;
- preparation and conducting annual negotiation campaign with distributors and regional customers;
- taking part to national exhibitions to constantly develop the business and upon SPA (CD) requests participating to international trade shows;
- suppling periodically with corporate trade show calendar, rep and showroom listing, meeting MOM, inventory, customer list, email addresses and business cards;
- supporting the customer service and supply chain in managing customer orders and its primary documents provision;
- supervising customers’ payment; providing customers’ debts collection and supporting the administration in soliciting payments.
- implementing the e-store strategy of e-commerce sales; providing pricing and advertising brands should be in line-shop with global strategy in Russia; following global digital strategy, commercial direction and the communication guidelines;
- managing stock of products, forecasting and replenishment orders in accordance with commercial and communication guideline in online shop warehouse;
- managing the product range, images, description, and prices should be in line-shop with strategy in Russia;
- managing cross-sell and up-sell products; organizing special package and promo-support in web; fulfilling service quality control in part of delivery;
- providing primary document realize and reporting in accordance with legal and company requirements;
- communicating with E-commerce team, Communication manager follow their guidelines and to implement the E-commerce global strategy.
Requirements
High education
more 3 years’ experience in cookware or non-food market
more 3 years’ experience with distributors
strong negotiation and presentation skills (to sale non-price advantage)
math developed skills (Excel)
confident in English
two business trips/month
