CSB-System Russia seeks for an ambitious candidate on a Sales Manager position for the further expansion of the Sales Department.
Successful candidate can expect following:
- 2 years training course at the CSB-System
- Tight collaboration with experienced colleagues of the CSB-System Sales Department
- Regular trainings for the purpose of increasing production-economics and system-technical related knowledge
- Intense introduction into the position for the purpose of further occupation of attractive position within the Sales Department
- The training program consists of 4 stages which will gradually guide you through the professional aspects of CSB-System Sales Department:
- During the first stage of training, you will learn basic knowledge of working with CSB-System.
- During the second and the third stages, you will be involved in the operations of internal Sales Department, which provides support for the employees that working directly on-site. Sales Department responsibilities include but not limited to direct marketing, adding information about potential customers and processing added information within the system, analysis of the potential demand within the chosen field/market. During these stages of learning, you will perform overall qualification of prospective customers by using predefined procedure and pass information about prospective customer to the sales employee responsible for this industry. In addition, you will be engaged in creation of project concepts and commercial proposals, events (exhibitions and seminars) organization, etc.
- During the fourth stage, you will be taken directly to the sales area, where you will become familiar with the structure of the chosen area / industry and will conduct market analysis. You will be able to develop a structured actions plan for the chosen market and begin to implement it.
- After successful completion of training, you will strengthen the ranks of CSB-System Russia Sales Department.
The successful candidate will possess all or most of the following attributes:
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND/OR GERMAN
- Successfully completed degree in the following areas "Food production technology"; "Economics of enterprises and organizations"; "Economic in information technology", or in similar major.
- Flexibility and willingness to work as well as availability for business trips.
- Advanced communication skills, ability to work independently, and have appropriate personal and professional good manners.
- Be responsible, pragmatic and aimed at achieving the established goals.
- Distinct analytical and conceptual abilities
- Initiative and ability to work in a team will be ideal for this position.
