Revo Technology is a fintech company founded in 2012. Revo is a pioneer in the mobile Internet and cloud technologies to provide financial online and offline services for retail chains and their customers.
Head of Sales (online) responsible for introducing Revo’s services to on-line partners, including leading online retailers in priority categories in Russia, payment services providers, messengers, and other relevant online platforms.
Responsibility will include shaping the products and solutions for online partners, introducing and building key partner relationships, negotiating terms of cooperation, overseeing effective integration and roll out of Revo’s services in online channels and driving sales volumes at on-line partners.
More specifically, key responsibilities will include the following:
- Responsible for reaching online sales targets and KPI’s;
- Understanding the needs of leading Russian partners online in priority segments (footwear, apparel, grocery, medical, children’s, travel, electronic and others) for Revo’s services and defining product and solution requirements and standards for such partners. Proposing products and solutions for online partners that meet the needs of the Merchants;
- Developing sales in Key Online segments (travel, apparel, electronics, grocery, children, DIY, auto parts) buy signing deals with top online retailers;
- Manage client relationships from lead to live: Introducing new partners in online segment to Revo including defining the offer, negotiating, contracting, and overseeing implementation of integration, marketing and promotion, and successful launch of new partners;
- Creating awareness of Revo’s products and solutions among key executives at leading on-line partners;
- Build senior relationships up to C - level across multiple functions and divisions with all customers;
- Build strong relationships internally (finance, legal, marketing, product and integration, sales excellence team) to enable efficient interaction between REVO and Merchant;
- Execute ambitious revenue plans;
- Day to day management of the team (setting tasks and checking the results) and hiring new business development managers;
- Generating ideas and opportunities for Revo to improve products and solutions for on-line partners, in line with the company’s strategy and business plans.
Desired skills & qualifications:
- A proven leader with extensive enterprise sales leadership experience, proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets;
- Experience and results in a senior commercial role in a leading bank or payment services provider, offering payment and other financial services to online retailers;
- Comfort in leading lengthy negotiations and understanding of IT platforms and IT integration challenges of online retailers;
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
- Proven ability to position products against competitors;
- Have direct access to C-level management at leading online companies (Book of contacts with top online retailers (travel, apparel, electronics, grocery, children, etc.) and strong relationships with key executives);
- A natural ability to generate leads by leveraging personal network of contacts and close sales;
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and to be an organized administrator working within a defined sales process is also preferable;
- Experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex sales deals;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Always up-to-date on latest trends in online segment;
- Knowledge of financing solutions and international best practices is a plus.
