Join a team of designers and engineers who are passionate about pushing cloud services to its limits. As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of user interface design creating, extending and maintaining a visual language for the modern web and applying it consistently through multiple products across the cloud ecosystem. You will also demonstrate the ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a customer-centered design process.
This position is full-time and based in Moscow, Russia.
Responsibilities
- Create ground breaking graphic interfaces.
- Synthesize broad, ambiguous business goals and work with the Product Management and UX specialists to tell compelling visual stories.
- Take creative direction and translate it into your design concepts.
- Give and solicit real-time feedback from other designers and engineers to continually raise the quality and craftsmanship of the product.
- Quickly solve issues with your cross-functional teammates.
- Clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for maintaining assets from creation to shipping.
- Ability to collaborate and iterate based on the team's needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with user interface design, typography, iconography, information layout, color for a mix of consumer and enterprise products
- Experience designing e-commerce and management tools
- Ability to rapidly ideate and produce multiple UX/UI concepts
- Ability to clearly articulate your concepts and evangelize on their behalf
- Provide URL featuring examples of interaction design work. Applications without comprehensive portfolio of work will not be considered.
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Aknowledge the capabilities of the freshest Web standards (HTML5, CSS3)
Preferred Qualifications
- An outstanding portfolio that showcases deep visual and interaction design skills with an emphasis on simple, intuitive and scalable designs.
- Experience with editorial, web, and mobile design.
- Experience with building a visual language from scratch.
- Experience with utilizing existing industry-wide UI kits and frameworks.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary product teams (UX, Research, Engineering, Product Marketing) on technical implementation of digital products.
- Experience designing for groups of people (international audiences, multi-language localization, accessibility for people with disabilities, etc.)
- Experience with interaction design, applied knowledge of Flinto, Principle and alike.
