The four specialized activities of TenCate are safety & protection, space & aerospace, environment & infrastructure and sports & leisure.
TenCate Geosynthetics Europe serves the geosynthetics industry with several brands. It delivers technical textile solution for road and railway constructions, retaining structures, hydraulic constructions, embankments, tunnel constructions, pipeline constructions, landfills and shoreline protection/marine structure construction markets.
Business Development Manager with background in Sales and Marketing for Russia, age from 40 years old
Assignment:
- Strategic research of the Russian market and development of a business plan for the allocated area
- Development and implementation of a sales and marketing strategy for TenCate products in Russia and CIS
- Establishment of a partner network
- Relationship management with designers, contractors and governmental departments for infrastructure or other suppliers
- Managing activities in coordination with TenCate management team
- Regularly reporting
- Leadership of two employees
We expect:
- At least five years of experience in business development and international sales
- Master degree in civil engineering
- Knowledge and understanding of the Russian market
- Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented mind set
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong business sense and commercially driven
- Willingness to travel
- Aged minimum 40 years, resident at Moscow
