This is an exciting opportunity to join the KCP EEMEA Cluster marketing team as Associate Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Annual business plan in partnership Country leadership team to deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth for Eastern Europe business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy Development
- In conjunction with Cluster Marketing team & leveraging the Market Segment Foundations framework, defines the market segment and develops winning value propositions including ideal product portfolio & claims
- Provides market segment insights to central teams, to ensure commercialization and innovation plans fulfil local market needs
- Monitors segment (share, sales, profit), category (sales, profit) & marketing program (ROI) performance and adjust accordingly
Commercial Programs
- Executes commercial program measurement including media tracking (online & offline), optimization & multi-variant testing, social listening, funnel metrics for assigned commercial programs
- In conjunction with the Cluster Marketing Team, adapt claims and demonstrations from other markets & manage local legal approval
- Manages assigned marketing budget
Sales Execution
- Works with Sales organization to develop the business model & customer experience plan for your market
- Executes full potential, account-based marketing programs by working with sales to identify and develop joint growth plans to target key strategic account
- Provide marketing support to the Sales Organization including, but not limited to, tender support, promotional requests, end-user/distributor presentations, sales sample requests, datasheet requirements, price increase support, out of stock communications, literature management, local sales meetings, new customer setup
Functional Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing preferred, further education in business-related discipline and advantage
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement
- Experience in a B2B environment
- P&L management
- Resolving complex problems and translating to business opportunities
- Managing & successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships
- English language proficiency
